Chrysler Australia Dealer of the Year

MULGRAVE, AUSTRALIA – March 5, 2010: Chrysler Australia has awarded Victoria’s Essendon Chrysler Jeep Dodge with the highest accolade –Dealer of the Year – at a gala dinner last month in Melbourne.

Presented by Managing Director, Gerry Jenkins, Dealer Principal Paul Hopper accepted the Dealer of the Year award, the first that their dealership has received since opening in early 2008.

“This trophy is proof of the hard work that is shown by each team member at Essendon Chrysler Jeep Dodge,” said Paul Hopper.

“To win this award in our first full 12 months of being open is very satisfying. It demonstrates our devotion to customer service.”

Provincial Dealer of the Year was awarded to Queensland’s Northstar Chrysler Jeep Dodge for their second year in a row.

Regional Dealer of the Year was awarded to New South Wales’ Northern Rivers Chrysler Jeep Dodge.

Queensland’s Albion Chrysler Jeep Dodge was recognised as Top Volume dealer for the eleventh year in a row. Bob Muller, Albion’s Dealer Principal, also took out the award for top Sales Satisfaction Index.

Gerry Jenkins, Managing Director, Chrysler Australia said that he was very pleased with the performance of the dealer network for 2009.
