Car Care Council and Demandforce Partner to Promote 'Car Care' Education

'Be Car Care Aware' content now available for distribution via online communication platform

SAN FRANCISCO and BETHESDA, Md., April 21 -- The Car Care Council, automotive aftermarket's non-profit consumer education organization, and Demandforce, the leader in consumer demand creation for small-business, announced today they have partnered to make content from the "Be Car Care Aware" campaign available within the Demandforce D3 platform. The launch of the partnership coincides with National Car Care month.

"Through this partnership, we are delivering to auto repair businesses the resources they need to successfully communicate digitally with their customers about the importance of vehicle maintenance," said Rich White, executive director, Car Care Council. "Combining the credibility and expertise of the Car Care Council with the dynamic communication platform of Demandforce creates a strong collaboration that will benefit service and repair professionals and vehicle owners."

The partnership will give auto shop owners access to the "Be Car Care Aware" content library from within their Demandforce D3 system. This valuable resource will help shop owners provide reliable, trustworthy and credible information, strengthen customer loyalty, and increase regular service visits. The Demandforce platform will serve as a distribution point for the information as well as provide an avenue for customers to request appointments through the online scheduling interface. The partnership will benefit consumers by educating them about proper vehicle maintenance, allowing them to avoid costly last minute repairs.
