Chevrolet Welcomes New National Sales & Operations Manager

LUTON, UNITED KINGDOM – February 8, 2011: Chevrolet has appointed Daniel Gregorious as its National Sales & Operations Manager.

Daniel, 37, will head up the national sales and operations team of 12, and will be responsible for supporting the UK dealer network in driving forward new vehicle sales and helping dealers to provide a top quality service to Chevrolet retail customers.

Before joining the team at Chevrolet, Daniel built up extensive experience of the UK automotive industry, having successfully held a variety of sales and marketing positions throughout his 17-year career. Daniel, a father-of-three, worked as an Area Manager at Kia Motors and brings with him nine years of dealer-facing experience.

Daniel commented: “I am delighted to have joined the team at Chevrolet and to be working with one of the World's leading car brands. My aim is to focus on activities that will add value to the dealer network, building on our great momentum and giving dealers the opportunity to be extremely successful in partnership with Chevrolet. We have an exciting year ahead with five new model launches, starting with the fabulous Orlando MPV, and the refreshed product range will give our dealers the chance to really engage with their local markets. I am very much looking forward to playing a part in developing the company and broadening the appeal of the Chevrolet brand – there are exciting times ahead!”

In his spare time Daniel enjoys playing football and golf and is a keen runner, having completed four half marathons in just three years.
