DETROIT - April 1, 2011: Even the smallest cars today are packed with plenty of big car punch, especially when it comes to features and accessories. In fact, cars like the 2011 Chevy Cruze are bigger, faster and sometimes more fuel efficient than their predecessors. In some cases they rival luxury standards. In fact, the new Cruze comes equipped with ten airbags instead of the standard six.

Some other new small cars, such as the MINI, are far from being considered as an entry level car. Industry wags project that small cars could make up as much as 25% of all vehicles sold in the US, by 2015.
