MAPLE CROSS, UNITED KINGDOM – Aug 23, 2011: In a year when Renault has climbed the quality rankings in a number of major UK consumer surveys, four Renault dealerships have also been recognised for their commitment to customer service.

Louth Renault dealer John Pocklington, Renault Wirral, Renault Watford and Rodney Cole in Cookstown, Northern Ireland, were judged to have topped the network, meeting tough criteria across sales and aftersales.

The Renault Global Quality Award is awarded each year by the manufacturer to recognise the dealerships in its national network that provide the best customer service and commit to the highest standards in quality.

The managing directors from all four dealerships were invited to attend the Renault Global Quality Award gala presentation event in Paris hosted by Jerome Stoll, Executive Vice President, Sales and LCV, and Roland Bouchara, Commercial Director, Europe region. Mark Crockett, Renault UK’s Director, Services and Quality, visited each dealership to personally congratulate staff and present them with an award. Mark Crockett added, “Each of these dealerships has worked extremely hard to ensure they offer consistently high standards of customer service across sales and aftersales. It’s a real pleasure to be able to recognise each member of staff for their contribution to our performance and results.”

“Particular congratulations must go to Rodney Cole in Cookstown as the dealership has won this award three times since its inception four years ago. Prior to that, the business was a regular winner of the Renault Global Quality Award’s predecessor, the Masters Club award.”
