New Volvo Dealership to Open in Watford

WATFORD, UNITED KINGDOM – Aug 24, 2011: Regent Automotive Limited has announced it is to open a new Volvo dealership in Watford early this autumn, providing a new family-friendly showroom and Volvo servicing facility for the local area.

Volvo Cars Watford will open its doors in September following a £500,000 investment to create a Volvo dealership for the first time in the town. Based at Greenhill Crescent, near Croxley Green Business Park, the site is located on the premises of the former Anthony Betts business.

The large contemporary showroom meets all the very latest Volvo design standards, and alongside a nine vehicle display includes a touch-screen car configurator, customer lounge and children’s play area. On the forecourt there is room for 35 used Volvo vehicles to be showcased, and to the rear of the building an eight-bay workshop dedicated to Volvo servicing and MOT’s. What’s more, alongside a dedicated Volvo Trade Parts department, the dealership is also delighted to offer accessory sales, new car Motability sales and a Volvo rental service.

The team are currently being recruited locally as well as being transferred across from the company’s other businesses in order to ensure a smooth launch, planned for 12th September.
