SAE International Senior Editor Lindsay Brooke to Co-Host Chevy Volt Web Chat

DETROIT--Oct. 27, 2011: Lindsay Brooke, Senior Editor of SAE International's Automotive Engineering International magazine, will join Pete Savagian, Director of Electrification Architecture and Electric Motors, General Motors, for a Web chat on Friday, Oct. 28, from 3-4 p.m. (EDT)

The Web chat is open to the public and will focus on the technology that went into developing the Chevrolet Volt. Brooke is author of the SAE International book, Chevrolet Volt -- Development Story of the Pioneering Electrified Vehicle, which provides the most complete design and engineering account of the vehicle. Brooke reported extensively on Volt during the car's development as part of his regular coverage of global vehicle electrification technologies.
