PRAGUE, Czech Republic, December 30, 2011 -- Kaipan, a low-volume manufacturer of sports cars from the Czech Republic unveiled its new model recently. Called 16 it is a two-seater roadster, based around Skoda Fabia mechanics. It is powered by a four-cylinder 1.2 liter turbocharged petrol engine, capable of 105 hp (77 kW).
