Seasonal Promotion Featuring Chance to Win 'Gas for Life' Incentivizes Travelers to Fill Up for Vacations

HOUSTON--July 5, 2012: Leading gas station chains Phillips 66, 76 and Conoco are encouraging travelers to hit the road this summer through a seasonal promotion that offers drivers the opportunity to win free gas for life, among more than 6,000 other prizes. With automobiles as the primary means of transportation for leisure travel and 69 percent planning to travel by car this summer*, the popular fuel retailers are rewarding customers who continually select Phillips 66, 76 and Conoco as their premium gas of choice.

"Our Gas for Life promotion is more than a way to offer our promise of high performance gasoline--it's a way to help our loyal customers enjoy summer vacations and road trips with an added incentive of free gas along the way," said Tami Walker, Manager, U.S. Fuels Brand Management for Phillips 66, 76 and Conoco.

Drivers who fill up with 10 gallons or more of gasoline at participating Gas for Life stations now through July 31, 2012, can get a Game Card and enter the access number online for a chance to win many exciting prizes, including $20 gas cards, one of 24 chances for a year of free gas and a grand prize of free gas for life--all of which can be used to fuel summer adventures on the road.**

The annual Gas for Life summertime promotion offers an extra value this year. Patrons who enter with their KickBack® Points loyalty card will be automatically entered to win a brand new 2012 Chevrolet Corvette® Convertible.
