Motorsports Brands - NASCAR May Be Gone But Chrysler Still In The Hunt

Auto Central, Aug. 8, 2012: Although Dodge's Tuesday decision to leave NASCAR was a shock for many, the company has no interest in leaving motorsports. According to reports from Chrysler, if anything the five pointed star will produce an even bigger motorsports footprint in coming months with its new ALMS Viper GTS, in addition to interest in the B Spec Fiat 500 Abarth and, of course, MOPAR's interest in NHRA with Jeg Coughlin's emerging Pro Stock program among others.
