Holden Service comes with a Guarantee

SYDNEY – Feb 12, 2013: Holden will introduce the HoldenWise Service Price Guarantee program on all major carlines, with Holden dealers prepared to beat any comparable quote for a standard scheduled service by 10 per cent.

From today, customers can present a comparable quote from a non-Holden service provider to their nearest Holden Service Centre, the Holden dealer will confirm the quote is ‘like for like’ and beat it by 10 per cent.

The HoldenWise Service Price Guarantee has the potential to offer great savings across major carlines includingCommodore, Cruze, Captiva, Barina and Colorado.

Holden Director of Customer Service and Retention, Narelle Stack, said the new HoldenWise Service Price Guarantee would offer customers peace of mind that they are receiving great value for money.

“Holden has one of the largest dealer networks in the country and we are confident that our Holden Service Centres will deliver a competitive standard of service and value to our customers.

“The program has the potential to offer great savings and will ensure the long term reliability and safety of our vehicles as they are serviced to the highest possible standard using Holden approved parts and factory trained technicians.

“The HoldenWise Service Price Guarantee is a part of a suite of initiatives we’re developing to ensure our customers have a positive and rewarding experience with Holden throughout the purchase lifecycle, which will ensure they come back again and again.”

The offer will apply to the first six Holden standard scheduled handbook services, for vehicles within 3000km or 90 days of the scheduled handbook service. The quoted service provider must be located within the same suburb/locality or within a 10km radius. Vehicles included as part of Capped Price Servicing are eligible for the Service Price Guarantee on the fifth and sixth services.
