15,000 members joined carsharing car2go program in Denver since official launch in June

DENVER--Dec. 12, 2013: car2go North America, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Daimler North America Corporation, thanks the local community for signing up and supporting the point-to-point carsharing program in Denver. Since its launch on June 8, 2013, more than 15,000 Denverites have registered as members and collectively share a large network of 300 car2go edition smart fortwo vehicles. Without designated return zones, car2go members are enjoying the benefits and flexibility of car2go's pioneering one-way carsharing model.
