It is a matching numbers Corvette with low mileage and the original 283 cubic inch 270 hp V8 engine with the solid lifter high performance cam, dual quad carburetors, 4-speed transmission, WonderBar radio and the very rare power window option.

This stunning National Corvette Restorers Society (NCRS) award winning convertible is one of the finest 1960 Corvettes in existence and was completely restored and finished in the original Tasco Turquoise paint with a matching turquoise interior and white soft top.

The 1960 Chevrolet Corvette is currently listed on Ebay for $145,000.

According to the chassis and engine numbers, this American classic was an early production car manufactured in October of 1959 as the 507th Corvette made by Chevrolet for the 1960 model year. The odometer currently reads close to 84,000 original miles.

In 1997 the car went through a comprehensive frame-off restoration before it was awarded the prestigious NCRS Top Flight Award, their highest accolade. In 2005 and 2006 renowned Corvette expert, Kevin Mackay, completely freshened up the classic roadster with a $30,000 cosmetic restoration.

The car still remains in excellent cosmetic condition and is very sound mechanically having been driven only 6,000 miles since the 1997 restoration and minimal miles after Mackay finished the cosmetic restoration in 2006.
