Dealers rank company highest in Retail Leasing, Floor Planning and Prime Retail Credit

FARMINGTON HILLS, MI -- July 27, 2015: Mercedes-Benz Financial Services USA LLC was ranked highest in all three categories of the just-released J.D. Power 2015 U.S. Dealer Financing Satisfaction StudySM. The study measures dealer satisfaction with auto financing providers for both wholesale and retail products. Dealers evaluate their experience with providers in four financing segments: Prime Retail Credit; Non-Prime Retail Credit; Retail Leasing; and Floor Planning.

The company received the highest numerical score among retail credit, floor planning, and retail leasing providers in the study. The study is based on 10,297 total responses and measures opinions of dealer principals with their finance provider.

Earning a score of 986, Mercedes-Benz Financial Services ranked highest in the Floor Planning segment, maintaining their highest position for the fifth consecutive year. In the Retail Leasing segment, the company received a score of 978, and scored highest in all factors of the study. The company scored 971 in the Prime Retail Credit segment, excelling in nearly all factors of the study.
