TULSA, OK - June 13, 2017: The recently unveiled 2018 Ford Mustang will be the centerpiece of Ford Motor Company's performance celebration when the global sports car makes its Oklahoma debut at the Mid America Ford and Shelby Nationals in Tulsa. Ford will also show its latest vehicles, lead a Thursday cruise-in and conduct thrill rides at the track on June 15-16, 2017.

On Thursday and Friday, passengers can take thrill rides at Hallett Raceway in the 5.2L V8 powered Shelby GT350 and all-wheel drive Focus RS. A Shelby GT350 will lead the popular Thursday night cruise-in to the Historic Brady Arts District, which features restaurants and live entertainment.

One of the highlights of the event will be an appearance of the new 2018 Ford Mustang. The latest version of this iconic pony car will be positioned for all to see through Friday night inside the Southern Hills Marriott hotel on 71st street.

The new model features a host of enhancements, including new technology and design changes that give owners ways to customize their Mustang. It will offer even better performance from more powerful engines and new MagneRide™ suspension technology. More ways to personallize Mustang will include new paint colors, wheel choices and a customizable digital instrument cluster.
