Carlos Ghosn, Former Nissan-Renault CEO, 'Escapes' from Japan

BEIRUT, Lebanon - December 30, 2019: According to an AP story, Carlos Ghosn, the highly respected CEO of the Renault-Nissan- Mitsubishi alliance has suddenly turned up in Beirut, Lebanon. Ghosn was supposedly out on bail awaiting trial for charges that were never really made clear. Many friends in the automotive industry are celebrating Ghosn's "escape" as a New Year's good omen.
