DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--DealerSocket, Inc., now with Auto/Mate, Inc. as part of the company, had a highly successful National Automobile Dealers’ Association (NADA) conference, one of the best in the company’s history. In addition to winning nine awards recognizing its industry-leading software suite, the company announced more than 25 innovations across its products, and shared with customers and prospects its plans for its software suite with Auto/Mate.

DealerSocket won nine total awards at the conference, including five DrivingSales awards for Top-Rated CRM Fixed Ops, Top Rated Owner Marketing, Top Rated CRM Sales, Top Rated Desking, and Auto/Mate won the DrivingSales Dealer Satisfaction Award for Top Rated Dealer Management System. The DrivingSales Dealer Satisfaction Awards measure dealer satisfaction with vendor products and services and are based on cumulative ratings tallied and verified over the previous calendar year. DrivingSales Vendor Ratings is the industry’s vendor rating forum featuring real-time peer reviews and honest competitor comparisons. The AWAs were founded in 2008 by industry expert Brian Pasch to recognize the best vendors in automotive digital marketing. This year’s award winners especially impressed the product review team at AWA with innovation that continues to move the automotive industry forward.

DealerSocket’s acquisition of franchise DMS provider Auto/Mate rounds out the company’s software suite which now includes CRM, equity mining, inventory management, digital websites and marketing, an independent DMS, as well as digital retailing, giving dealers “one hand to shake” as Auto/Mate CEO Mike Esposito said during NADA.
