Harrods Creek Kentucky St. Francis In The Fields Mission-Driven Car Show October 3, 2020

We are pleased to welcome car owners and enthusiasts back for our annual Mission-Driven Car Show, which benefits our missions in David, Kentucky and the Dominican Republic.

This will be an outdoor event and we are requiring masks and encouraging physical distancing. We are using the entire campus this year to ensure that everyone can keep a safe distance.

The rain date is Sunday, October 4 from 1-5 p.m.

A few other notes about the event this year:

We will be following all of the mandated State and CDC guidelines including taking temperatures at entry points and requiring masks while at the show. There will be no formal registration to avoid lines. Each exhibitor will be given a card to fill out and rop in designated receptacles on the grounds so that we can keep our database up to date.

As is the show’s tradition, there is no specific entry fee for exhibitors, however, a donation to the mission team will be greatly appreciated.

There will be no formal judging this year, however, the first 200 exhibitors will receive a specially-designed exhibitors keepsake plaque.

The 2020 Mission-Driven Car Show poster will also be given to the first 200 exhibitors.

We are asking that exhibitors place their cars at least a space and a half apart so that proper social distancing is maintained.

We are having great box lunches prepared for sale and will distribute them by mobile means to avoid lines and crowding.

There will be door prizes for exhibitors, a 50/50 pot drawn at the end of the show, and raffle prizes awarded to ticket purchasers throughout the day.
