THE AUTO CHANNEL ADDS 6 BROADCAST SHOWS TO ITS REGULAR CYBERCAST SCHEDULE

Automotive Webnet Continues to Narrow the Gap between Traditional Broadcast
Media and the Internet

For Immediate Release

LOUISVILLE, KY & SACRAMENTO, CA; June 3, 1997 -- Continuing towards
its objective of creating an interactive television network on the internet,
The Auto Channel has announced the addition of four audio shows and two
video/audio shows to its weekly program schedule. The audio shows are
"America On The Road"; "The C.A.R. Show"; "In The Driver's Seat"; and "The
TACH Motorsports Report". The video/audio shows are "Raceline" and "Fast
Track".

New episodes of all six shows will debut each week at specific,
regular times, similar to traditional broadcast and/or cablecast programs.
However, thanks to the non-linear and nonrestrictive qualities afforded by
the internet's "bottomless pit", the shows will also be archived and
continuously available to users immediately after their initial play-dates.

The new shows broaden The Auto Channel's scope of informational
offerings in the areas of Repair & Maintenance, Consumer Affairs, New & Used
Vehicles, and Motor Sports.

"America On The Road" is a syndicated two-hour radio program
currently available in over 300 markets throughout all 50 states. Produced
in southern California, the show stars Mike Anson and Jack Nerad, and
features new vehicle reports, road tests, and interviews. Both Anson and
Nerad are former editors of Motor Trend Magazine. Anson is also the host of
TNN's "Ready for the Road" weekly TV show. Nerad is the author of the
hot-selling book, "The Complete Idiot's Guide to Buying or Leasing a Car".
Episodes of "America On The Road" premiere each Saturday at 11am, eastern time.

"The C.A.R. Show" is also a syndicated two-hour show, produced live
every Saturday morning. The "C.A.R." part of the show's name is an acronym
for Consumer Automotive Repair, and just as the name implies, the show
features live call-ins with miles and miles of vital auto related
information, from trouble-shooting and preventative maintenance to
automotive news and views. The C.A.R. Show is in its seventh year of
production and is available in more than 50 markets. Roger Kwapich, Dan
Pietras and Steve Stewart host the show. Kwapich and Pietras are both
certified automotive technicians. Stewart is a twenty six-year broadcasting
veteran and self-proclaimed car buff. The C.A.R. Show is cybercast live
every Saturday at 9am, eastern time.

"The TACH Motorsports Report" is produced in St. Louis exclusively
for The Auto Channel by Walt Glatthaar, who is also the show's host. This
show goes on-line Sunday nights at 10:30 eastern time, and features the
internet's only comprehensive round-up of the weekend's motor sports
competitions. Coverage includes Oval Track, Drag Racing, Motorcycles,
NASCAR, CART, IRL, Unlimited Hydroplane, F1 Boats, Formula 1, World of
Outlaws, Arca Stock Cars, ASA Stock Cars, Pro Sports Cars, and SCCA Trans Am
Results. Glatthaar is KMOX Radio's long time motor sports reporter.

"In The Driver's Seat" is a weekly half-hour show broadcast in 45
countries over the Armed Forces Radio Network. Produced and hosted by
Gregory Von Dare, "In The Driver's Seat" provides new vehicle reviews, test

Trend", "Road & Track", "AutoWeek", and was the founding editor for "Truck &
Sport Utility Performance". In addition, Von Dare authored two automotive
books, "Corvette Racers" and "Lincoln 1945-1995". New episodes of "In The
Driver's Seat" will premiere every Wednesday evening at 7pm, eastern time.

"Raceline" is America's only weekly syndicated TV show about NASCAR
racing, covering all the top series including Winston Cup, Busch Grand
National, Craftsman Truck, Slim Jim All Pro and the Goody's Dash. Results
of the Featherlite Southwest Tour, Rebco NorthWest Tour, Winston West,
Winston Modified and Busch North tours are also reported each week.
"Raceline" currently airs in over 50 markets, from New York to Los Angeles,
and worldwide over the American Forces Television Network. Joe Moore,
veteran radio announcer for Motor Racing Network, is the show's host. A
veteran staff of motor sports experts, Winston Kelley, Fred Armstrong, Chuck
Carland, Mike Bagley, and Dan Hubbard provides Field reports. "Raceline"
shows go on-line Friday nights from 9 to 9:30, eastern time.

"Fast Track" presents weekly video highlights of Northern California
motor sports events. This half hour TV show is produced for the
SportsChannel Network, and can be seen on The Auto Channel every Thursday at
9pm, eastern time. Joe Amadeo and Bruce Paulson host "Fast Track" - Paulson
is also the show's producer. Coverage includes all types of racing, from
modifieds to sports cars to sprint and vintage vehicles. The show's aim is
to emphasize the exciting world of grassroots racing.

"Raceline" and "Fast Track" are the first auto related television
shows to be regularly presented on the internet.

The six new shows join The Auto Channel's existing three regular
shows: "Autoworld" with Bob Long, a one hour live phone-in show produced in
Boston by the Talk America Radio Network; "The Car Guy" produced and hosted
by Steve Ford exclusively for The Auto Channel; and "The Indy Car Report", a
weekly wrap-up of CART and IRL activities, produced and hosted by Jim Murphy.

All cybercast shows on The Auto Channel are available through
