DAYTONA USA Hosts Bobby Hamilton, Hut Stricklin for Driver Autograph Sessions

DAYTONA BEACH, FL - DAYTONA USA, "The Ultimate Motorsports Attraction" at Daytona International Speedway will welcome NASCAR Winston Cup Series drivers Bobby Hamilton and Hut Stricklin for autograph sessions scheduled for Wednesday, July 2 from 4 to 6 p.m. Hamilton, driver of the No. 43 STP Pontiac, is scheduled to meet guests and sign autographs from 4 to 5 p.m. Stricklin, driver of the No. 8 Circuit City Ford, is scheduled to be on hand from 5 to 6 p.m. Top names in the NASCAR Winston Cup Series, Hamilton and Stricklin -- both expected to race in the July 5 Pepsi 400 at Daytona -- represent two of DAYTONA USA's Founding Sponsors, STP and Circuit City. Other attraction sponsors include Ford, Pepsi, Gatorade, Pontiac, DuPont, Goodyear, Chevrolet, Western Auto's Parts America and ESPN. DAYTONA USA, an interactive motorsports attraction which opened to fans in July 1996, features dozens of hands-on activities and live shows which give fans a behind-the-scenes look at the world of racing. Appealing to guests of all levels of racing enthusiasm, DAYTONA USA has visitors testing their driving skills at STP's Daytona Time Trials, changing race tires at Ford's 16-Second Pit Stop Challenge and more. The Western Auto's Parts America Speedway Tour offers guests a 30-minute tram excursion with plenty of stops for exciting photo opportunities. Both driver autograph sessions on July 2 will be held inside DAYTONA USA, and an admission ticket is required for entrance. DAYTONA USA is open daily. Admission is $12 for adults; $10 for seniors 60 and over; and $6 for children 6-12. The Speedway Tour is $6. Both DAYTONA USA and the Speedway Tour are free to children under 6 with a paying adult.
