Porter-Cable Joins forces With Brad Daugherty and Wayne Anderson To Compete In Craftsman Truck Series Race LOUISVILLE, KY: Porter Cable Corporation announced today its one-time sponsorship of Liberty Racing and Driver Wayne Anderson in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series. Brad Daugherty, five-time NBA all-star and part owner of Liberty racing, assisted company President Jack Garlock in unveiling the freshly painted #97 Porter-Cable race truck. Wayne Anderson is scheduled to drive the Porter-Cable truck at the Federated Auto Parts 250 in Nashville, Tennessee on August 16 at 7 PM EST. This particular sponsorship marks Porter- Cable's first step into the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series. However, this is the power tool manufacturer's second year sponsoring Anderson in the Slim Jim All Pro Series as well as the NASCAR Busch North Series. In addition, Porter-Cable was the title sponsor of this weekend's NASCAR event in Louisville, Kentucky.
