Jeff Green and the #29 Cartoon Network Chevrolet experienced a myriad of
emotions at the NASCAR Winston Cup race in Pocono earlier this year. Green
led a total of 15 laps (49-53, 67-73, and 99-101) and collected $10,000 for
the Gatorade Half Way Award. The team was headed for a top-10 finish when, on
lap 125, the motor lost a cylinder and expired on lap 189.

Pocono Raceway is known for its unusual track configuration that is
dramatically different in each of the three turns. "Pocono Raceway is
different than most tracks and very challenging," said Green. "Turn one is
high banked and high speed. Turn two or what everyone calls the tunnel turn
has less banking, but is still high speed. There is not a lot of room for
error in turn two. Turn three is a long sweeping turn. You must carry a lot of
speed into the turn to get down the long straightaway. Turn three is off
camber, but the better you can get through the turn the better you get around
the entire track."

The #29 Cartoon Network NASCAR Winston Cup Chevrolet Monte Carlo that Jeff
Green will pilot this weekend is the same car that led 15 laps at the Pocono
race in June.

Jeff Green competed against teammate Elliott Sadler in the Legends Summer
Shootout on Tuesday, July 15, at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Green and Sadler
completed all 10 laps side-by-side, bumping fenders on the final lap and
taking the checkered flag just inches apart.

On Tuesday, July 15, NASCAR drivers Jeff Green and Elliott Sadler visited The
Children's Hospital at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, N.C., from 10
am until noon. Green and Sadler signed autographs, played video games and
distributed gifts to the pediatric patients.

The #29 Cartoon Network team unveiled a new car design at mid-season. On the
hood, Tom & Jerry; right quarter panel, Cow & Chicken; left quarter panel,
Dexter and Dee Dee; and TV panel, Droopy.
