Still under caution, lap 197: Spencer, Park, Trickle, Pressley, LaJoie,
Jones, Kenseth, Wilson, BLabonte, Fedewa, Bodine, Reeves
MEDICAL UPDATE: Elton Sawyer is being transported to a local hospital to be
checked out for a possible broken left foot and sprained right knee.
Spencer and Park get around the lapped car of Teague.
Park is right on the back bumper of Spencer. Park bumps Spencer but everybody
keeps going.
Trickle is right behind Park and starts to work him over.
Lap 207: Park looks to the inside but can't find a way around.
Lap 211: Spencer stretches out his lead.
HSadler hits the wall in turn one and we're under caution for the 10th time.
He cut down a right front tire.
Lap 217: Spencer, Park, Trickle, Pressley, LaJoie
Green flag on lap 218.
And we barely get going before Fedewa runs into trouble on the backstretch.
He spins and hits the outside wall.
Caution #11.
Lap 225: Green flag!!
Spencer clears Teague and brings Park right along with him.
Trickle closes in on Park.
Lap 227: Spencer, Park, Trickle,
Trickle and Park make contact battling for second and around goes Trickle and
he hits the outside wall. Trickle went for the pass and as Park slammed the
door, they touched. Trickle comes down pit road
Yellow #12.
Lap 233, Under caution: Spencer, Park, Pressley, LaJoie, Jones, Wilson,
BLabonte,
The green waves on lap 237.
Spencer gets a good jump and stretches out a several car-length lead.
Jones gets around LaJoie for fourth. And now he looses control of the
Aquafresh Pontiac and he backs into the turn one wall.
The caution flies again on lap 240. That's lucky number 13 and just one away
from tying the record.
Green flag on lap 244!
Spencer, Park and Pressley are nose-to-tail.
Pressley slips coming off turn two and Spencer and Park take off.
White flag!!
Park is still trying to make the pass but he can't make it start.
Jimmy Spencer wins the Food City 250!
Park, Pressley, LaJoie and Wilson round out the top 5.
