- "Dover is a lot like Bristol and I like Bristol," says Green. "It's been a
pretty good track to me in the past. We had a decent run going in June when we
had problems with the suspension. The concrete tracks we run at can be
unforgiving. One wrong move and you could easily end up in the wall. I hope
we can avoid that this weekend."
- The #29 Cartoon Network NASCAR Winston Cup Chevrolet Monte Carlo Jeff Green
will pilot this weekend at Dover Downs International Speedway is the same car
that competed at Richmond International Raceway and Dover in June.
- Jeff Green, Wes Ward and the rest of the Diamond Ridge Motorsports Winston
Cup team will be in Salisbury, Md., on Thursday where they will spend the day
fishing on a chartered boat. They are also looking forward to capping off the
day with a delicious seafood meal at Sambo's.
