CONCORD, NC - "Charlotte has always been a good track for me. The entire team 
is looking forward to returning to CMS. We had a real good run going in the 
spring when we broke a fitting on the head and we were forced to the garage to
make repairs."---Kenny Schrader, driver of the Skoal Bandit Racing Chevrolet

 - "We had a real good car here in the spring when a fitting on the head
broke, which caused the car to overheat," says Schrader. "It was unfortunate,
but at least we qualified and ran well and led some laps until the fitting
broke. I hope we can run that well this weekend, but also produce a top-five.
Charlotte has been good to me in the past, I hope it will be this weekend as
well."

 - Schrader has one victory at Charlotte in the 1989 All-Pro Parts 500. He
also adds to his credit, six top-five and 10 top-10 finishes in 26 starts.
Schrader started from the pole in the 1990 and 1993 Coca-Cola 600 and from the
outside pole in the 1989 All Pro-Parts 500 and the 1992 Mello Yello 500. In
addition, Schrader has qualified in the top 10 in 16 of 26 starts.  

 - The Skoal Bandit Racing team will utilize "Jonnie Ringo" this weekend. It 
is the same car they raced at Michigan, Charlotte and Texas. 

 - Schrader posted his sixth top-10 finish of the season at Martinsville
Speedway last weekend.
