Buckshot Racing Announces Sponsorship from Brunswick Indoor Recreation

20 October 1997

BRUNSWICK JOINS BUCKSHOT RACING AS ASSOCIATE SPONSOR
IN NASCAR BUSCH AND WINSTON CUP SERIES

FONTANA, Calif. (October 17, 1997) --- Buckshot Racing announced today that
Brunswick Indoor Recreation Group will join them as an associate sponsor in
the NASCAR Busch Series and Winston Cup Series during the 1998 season.

Brunswick will be featured on the lower quarter panel and rear deck lid of the
#00 Bayer Aspirin and Alka-Seltzer Pontiac (Busch) and the #00 Aquafresh
Racing Pontiac (Winston Cup). The sponsorship will also feature Buckshot
Jones in advertising and promotional activities throughout the year.

"We are extremely happy about teaming up with Brunswick next year," commented
Billy Jones, owner of Buckshot Racing and father of Buckshot Jones. "Brunswick
is an aggressive company that is looking to move ahead and we are thrilled
that they chose to work with us to make that happen."

"Brunswick is as pumped up about next year as I am," said Buckshot Jones,
driver of the #00 Pontiac. "I think they will be great for the sport. They are
ready to put 110% into this sponsorship. As a team we always put that much
effort into our performance, so I know that we will work well together."

"We have a terrific rapport with Brunswick and they fit Buckshot's
personality," said Billy Jones. "When he is not in a race car, Buckshot is
outdoors hunting, fishing or four wheeling. Brunswick is a company that is
involved in boat manufacturing, fishing and camping, as well as bowling. They
are a perfect combination."

"I have always been a competitive person and bowling is a very competitive
sport," said Buckshot Jones. "If we get some free time on the road, we try to
spend time together as a team away from the race track. We'll find a bowling
center and just relax and have some fun.

"I also spend a lot of my spare time outdoors," continued Jones. "I would hunt
and fish year round if I had the time, so I feel that I'll be a great
representative for Brunswick and the indoor and outdoor markets in which they
are involved in. We look forward to being a strong contender next year and a
few trips to victory lane."
