Dale Earnhardt, Jr. to Drive NASCAR BGN in 1998

LAS VEGAS, NV - Dale Earnhardt, Inc. has announced that Dale Earnhardt, Jr. 
will drive the No. 3 ACDelco Chevrolet on the NASCAR Busch Series, Grand 
National Division circuit in 1998. 

Earnhardt, Jr., the son of seven-time Winston Cup champion Dale Earnhardt, 
will replace 1997 Raybestos Rookie of the Year Steve Park, who will pilot
a DEI entry in Winston Cup next season sponsored by Pennzoil. 

The 23-year old driver began his his professional racing career in 1991 in 
the street stock division. In 1993, he advanced to NASCAR's Late Model Stock 
Division. His limited NASCAR Busch Series effort this season yielded a 
personal best seventh-place finish at Michigan Speedway in August.
