Timber Wolf Racing Notes

Central City, Ky. (December 18, 1997) -  Brewco Motorsports, Inc. will
utilize engines prepared by Katech Engine Development in its No. 37 Timber
Wolf Chevrolet with driver Mark Green during the 1998 NASCAR Busch Series
season.

     "We are very pleased to be a part of the Katech family," said Brewco
Motorsports team manager Todd Wilkerson.  "They are proven winners and
champions."

     In addition to supplying Brewco Motorsports with engines, Katech also
provides the power for three-time NASCAR Busch Series champions Bace
Motorsports, Reiser Enterprises and ST Motorsports.

     "When we add a team to our engine program, we look for one with the
potential for victory," said Walter Freeze, VP/General Manager Katech
Engine Development.  "Brewco Motorsports and Mark are very capable of
winning in the NASCAR Busch Series."

     Headquartered in Clinton Township, Michigan, Katech has received the
NASCAR Busch Series AE Clevite Engine Builder Award the past three seasons.


     Owensboro, Kentucky resident Mark Green and the Timber Wolf/Brewco
Motorsports team have a busy testing schedule in January as they prepare
for the 1998 NASCAR Busch Series season.

     The first scheduled test for Green is not with the Brewco Motorsports
team, but instead with the NASCAR Winston Cup Series team his brother David
drives for.  Green will drive the No. 96 Caterpillar Chevrolet in a few
sessions of the January 3-5 test held for Chevrolet teams at the Daytona
International Speedway.

     On January 8-10, Green and the Brewco Motorsports team will launch
their 1998 NASCAR Busch Series season by testing the No. 37 Timber Wolf
Chevrolet at the Talladega Superspeedway.  The team then heads to Daytona
International Speedway on January 15-16 where they will make the final
preparations for the season opener at Daytona on February 14, 1998.

     The final test for Green and the Brewco Motorsports team in January is
on January 26 at the newly reconfigured Atlanta Motor Speedway.

     The newly formed Mark Green Fan Club is accepting members for the 1998
season.  Members will receive updates detailing Green's progress during the
1998 NASCAR Busch Series season and much more.
