Also moving from Sunday afternoon to Friday night (September 25) is the 3rd Street Stock & Open Wheel Modified Nationals.

The 1998 schedule adds several new events, including the Northern All Star Late Model series (August 7) in their inaugural season. Another addition to Bloomingtons calendar is a triple-header featuring UMRA TQ midgets, Indiana DWARF Cars, and an Enduro 150 on August 14.
