2 April 1998

The Interlagos circuit in Sao Paulo may be replaced by Brasilia to host
the Brazilian GP

Nelson Piquet, triple World Champion and ex-Brabham and Williams
driver, is trying to arrange a change of venue for the Brazilian Grand
Prix. Piquet wants the race to move to Brasilia, the capital of Brazil.
Piquet owns the racing circuit in Brasilia and has met with Bernie
Ecclestone, F-1 boss and former head of Brabham, to discuss the issue.

The Interlagos circuit currently has the contract to run the race until
