Brazilian Racing News: Brasilia May Replace Interlagos as F-1 Host

The Interlagos circuit in Sao Paulo may be replaced by Brasilia to host the Brazilian GP Nelson Piquet, triple World Champion and ex-Brabham and Williams driver, is trying to arrange a change of venue for the Brazilian Grand Prix. Piquet wants the race to move to Brasilia, the capital of Brazil. Piquet owns the racing circuit in Brasilia and has met with Bernie Ecclestone, F-1 boss and former head of Brabham, to discuss the issue.
