*Mark Green and the Timber Wolf/Brewco Motorsports team completed a one day test session with the No. 37 Timber Wolf Chevrolet Monte Carlo at Indianapolis Raceway Park on July 6 . It proved to be the most beneficial test session to date.

"For most of the season, the car has been very tight in the corners," explained crew chief Kenneth Campbell. "During a race weekend, track time limits the amount of changes we can experiment with. We spent 11 « hours testing at IRP and had the opportunity to work with several different setups."

Much of what was learned during the test will benefit Green and the Timber Wolf Racing team at many other tracks, including the Myrtle Beach Speedway.

"During the test, Kenneth experimented and made some very radical changes to the car," said Green. "We even tried some off-the-wall setups. In the end, he discovered what is needed to free the car up in the corner. We also learned what changes will make the car more difficult to drive. Without testing, we would still be searching."

* In two NASCAR Busch Series starts at Myrtle Beach Speedway, Mark Green has qualified in the top 10 both times (2nd and 7th), and completed 100% of the laps. He also scored his first career top 10 finish at the 0.538 mile speedway in 1996.

* Mark Green is making his 60th career NASCAR Busch Series start.

* Food Chief, a local chain of convenience stores headquartered in Latta, South Carolina, is an associate sponsor on the No. 37 Timber Wolf Chevrolet Monte Carlo for the Myrtle Beach 250 at the Myrtle Beach Speedway.
