WOO: Outlaws Cancel Williams Grove Preliminary

ECHANICSBURG, PA- Rain forced Pennzoil World of Outlaws Series officials to cancel Thursday's preliminary racing program at Williams Grove Speedway.

A brief shower hit the legendary, semi-banked, 1/2-mile oval at 5:30 p.m., slowing track preparation, and officials cancelled the evening's festivities when the rain returned at 7:30.

A $40,000, single-program event is scheduled for Friday at Williams Grove.
