"Based on our July test results, we feel that our Goodyear Eagle race recommendation for Road America should perform exceptionally well," said Steve Orlando, Goodyear's CART operations manager. The setup features a new compound and new construction developed specifically for Road America.

"During testing, we ran extremely competitive times and believe that our recommendation will provide the right combination of grip and consistency to put our teams in contention to win on Sunday," added Orlando.
