FORD IN FIA WORLD RALLY CHAMPIONSHIPThe Sanremo rally will finish tomorrow (Wednesday). Bruno Thiry and Stephane Prevot are currently in sixth place in their Ford Escort World Rally car.
On stage 12th of the second leg, Ford World Rally team mates, Juha Kankkunen and Juha Repo were forced to retire after an accident where they lost control of the car, 100 meters from the end of the stage.
FORD IN FIA FORMULA ONE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP
Since the Luxemburg Grand Prix, the Stewart-Ford team has continued its testing programme at the Silverstone Circuit. The team concentrated its efforts on testing developments for next year's car - the SF-3. They were also testing the latest specification of the Ford Zetec-R V10, Series 6 engine with a view to racing it at the Japanese Grand Prix.
The team will continue its test programme at Silverstone on Monday and Tuesday next week.
