What: The U.S. Grand Prix at Indianapolis Formula One race

When: On a date to be announced in the year 2000

Where: At the Indianapolis Motor Speedway

Course: A 2.53-mile (4.076-kilometer) circuit using the main straight of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway oval, Turn One and part of the Short Chute between Turns One and Two. The balance of the course will be in the infield inside of Turns Two and Four, connected by a route south on Hulman Boulevard.

Seating capacity: 200,000 plus.

Tickets: Ticket order forms may be obtained by sending a postcard with name and address to U.S. Grand Prix at Indianapolis, P.O. Box 24916, Speedway, IN 46224 or by calling (800) 822-4639 or by sending an e-mail request with name and address information to tickets@brickyard.com. Order forms will be available when a date is announced.

Ticket prices: While prices are not set yet, they are expected to be comparable to ticket prices for the Indianapolis 500 and Brickyard 400. Policy on general admission is to be announced.
