Tenneco Board Declares Second Quarter DividendGREENWICH, Conn., May 12 -- Tenneco announced today that its board of directors has declared a regular second quarter dividend of 30 cents on its common stock. The dividend is payable on June 9, 1998 to shareowners of record at the close of business on May 22, 1998. This is the sixth dividend declared since Tenneco's restructuring at the end of 1996, which completed its five-year corporate transformation from a conglomerate into a growth-oriented company focused on automotive parts and packaging.
