Under a multi-year deal signed by the two companies, Vicinity's technology will enable users of the new site to search and geographically locate from among AutoConnect's hundreds of thousands of pre-owned vehicles, based on specific characteristics and locations of available cars. Vicinity was chosen because of its industry-leading searching technology and ability to manage large datasets of location information.
