Laforza Automobiles, Inc. Announces Cancellation

Laforza Automobiles, Inc. Announces the Cancellation of Their March 20 Announcement of $600,000 in Private Funding
            Enters into a Letter of Intent with ILFAS of Lithuania

    SAN DIEGO, May 28 -- Laforza Automobiles, Inc.
(OTC Bulletin Board: LFZA) announced today that they have canceled part of
their agreement with a private investor for a $600,000 funding previously
announced March 20.  In this announcement the company announced it was
finalizing the purchase of all remaining inventory from the 1989-90 Model Year
Laforza SUV's, currently being stored in a Detroit warehouse.
    In November 1997, the Company came to an agreement with Badrahn
Enterprises to purchase the remaining 1989-90 Laforza vehicles for $500,000
cash and agreed to pay $10,000 per month for the cost of storage in the
warehouse.  Out of this funding $100,000 was accepted from the private group.
President and CEO David Hops commented , "We have decided to go a different
route and work with ILFAS of Lithuania."  He also commented, "This will open
up a whole new market for us."
    The LAFORZA Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) is an upscale, luxurious 4 X 4
automobile whose rolling chassis' are imported directly to the Company from
the Italian manufacturer, Magnum Indusriale.
