RoadOne Debuts Fuel Savings Program

14 October 1998

RoadOne Debuts Fuel Savings Program
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn., Oct. 13 -- Miller Industries, Inc.
today announced that its RoadOne(TM) subsidiary has launched a
national fuel program for its network of wholly owned and affiliate towing
service companies. This is the first program of its type in the industry.
The Company expects participants in the program to save an average of
$0.03-$0.04 per gallon on fuel purchases. Each affiliate must meet the credit
requirements of each fuel provider, and will be directly responsible for all
payments.
Adam Dunayer, President of RoadOne(TM), stated, "Part of the purpose of
establishing RoadOne(TM) was to pass along savings in operating costs to our
operating companies and participants in our affiliate network. The
establishment of our fuel savings program extends the tangible benefits we are
providing, which include our tire and insurance programs. Based on the
figures determined from RoadOne(TM)-owned companies, fuel expenses average
approximately six percent of a tower's revenues. This program could
potentially save these companies thousands of dollars on fuel expenses
annually."
Miller Industries is the world's leading integrated provider of vehicle
towing and recovery equipment and services. The Company markets its towing
services under the national brand name RoadOne(TM) and its towing equipment
under a number of well-recognized brands.
