    Chrysler Corporation and ESSENCE magazine, in conjunction with the 1998 Essence Awards, will sponsor a reception, lecture and discussion "Preparation 2000: Dynamic and Diverse," featuring Patricia Russell-McCloud, Friday, November 20, 6:00-8:00 P.M. at the Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History, 315 East Warren Avenue, Detroit, Michigan.
    National lecturer, attorney and motivational speaker Patricia Russell-McCloud will talk about diversity and offer tips, tools and techniques for business success for African-American women in the coming millennium. Russell-McCloud is the immediate past president of the 10,000-member international civic organization The Links, Inc. To hear Russell-McCloud, one hundred and fifty guests from Detroit business, social and civic organizations will be joined by Chrysler Corporation's Bonita Coleman, Dodge Car/Minivan marketing plan manager, and ESSENCE Midwest advertising sales director Jocelyn Brown.
    ESSENCE director of corporate public relations Audrey Adams will moderate the discussion of diversity, African-American women and entrepreneurship along with Russell-McCloud and Judy Walker, a Detroit real-estate entrepreneur featured in the October 1998 ESSENCE cover story "How I Made a Million." The newest Chrysler Corporation automobiles will be showcased outside the museum, and Chrysler Corporation representatives will be available to answer questions.
