Thrifty Named Top Car Rental Company by Entrepreneur Magazine for Sixth Straight Year

    TULSA, Okla., April 19 -- Thrifty Car Rental has been named
the best car rental company by Entrepreneur magazine, and received its 1999
Business Travel Award for the sixth straight year in this magazine written for
small business owners.
    Every year, Entrepreneur magazine "recognizes(s) suppliers providing value
and quality" to small-business owners whose travel expenses come out of their
own pocket with its annual Business Travel Awards.
    Thrifty is the only car rental company in the industry that has received
the award every year since it was first offered in 1994.
    According to Entrepreneur, Thrifty was cited for "its combination of low
rates, good airport locations, lucrative frequent-flier program partners and
efficient customer service without the high prices of many other car-rental
