AVIS RENTACAR to Immediately Fit 250 Skynet Skamp Units to Their Fleet of Rental Vehicles at Heathrow Airport, England

    LONDON, Sept. 21 -- Skynet Telematics Inc.
(OTC Bulletin Board: SKYI) announced today that it has received an order from
AVIS Rent-a-Car to immediately fit 250 of Skynet's "Skamp" units to the AVIS
fleet of rental vehicles at Heathrow airport, London, England.
    The easy to use Skamp unit of Skynet is a Pan-European telematics unit
that provides telecommunication, vehicle and personal security, route
planning, full "Concierge Services", and geofencing.  The Skamp units are
monitored through Skynet's multi-lingual 24-hour per day 365 days a year
Monitoring Service Centres in London, England and Banska Bystrica, Slovakia.
    After a short trial period, Skynet Telematics and AVIS Rent-a-Car expect
"Skamp" to be fitted to approximately 140,000 AVIS vehicles in Europe.
    Skamp is the brand name for Skynet's existing proprietor product which
couples GSM (cellular) GPS (Global Positioning System), SMS (short messaging
service) and a remotely activated immobilising system.  In combination, these
technologies uniquely "wrap" automobiles, motorcycles, trucks, RV's, trailers,
and marine craft in an invisible "net" of radio, electrical, electronic,
mechanical, ultrasonic telematics, and ever-watching satellite protection that
spans national boundaries and continents.
    An integrated modular anti-theft car and truck security system, Skamp
operates by satellite and mobile telephones to "see" a thief, hijacker, or
crash in action.  Skynet's Monitoring Service Centre talks to a thief in the
act, through the vehicle's cellular system, saying he is being "watched" or
reported.  In the event of an accident, it will tell a trapped driver and
passengers that help is on the way while safely immobilising the vehicle's
electric and fuel supply.  The AVIS Concierge Service provides access to
Skynet's Monitoring Service Centre personnel who function as the driver's
personal assistant, performing such diverse service-oriented tasks as making
telephone calls, restaurant and hotel reservations, providing live traffic
information, route guidance, two way text messages, fax, and e-mail Internet
access.
    "Skamp" is the brand name for the Skynet Telematics Inc range of
