Mike LaRocco Rides in Videogame Race with 989 Sports' Supercross Circuit for the PlayStation Game Console

989 Sports announced today that champion supercross and motocross racer Mike LaRocco will compete in a virtual race on 989 Sports' SuperCross Circuit(TM) videogame, to predict who will win the real U.S. Open in Las Vegas on Sunday, Oct. 10.
LaRocco will experience the virtual velocity of SuperCross Circuit, which will be available exclusively for the PlayStation(R) game console in November 1999. Capturing the high speed racing action of authentic motocross and supercross racing, SuperCross Circuit features official riders, tracks, equipment and dirt bikes.

SuperCross Circuit also features authentic motocross and supercross style racetracks that add to the game's realistic racing action including the Metrodome, Pontiac Silverdome, Sam Boyd Stadium, Redd Budd, Steel City and Glenn Helen.
