Geoworks and Jiffy Lube Offer Discounted Oil Changes to on-the-go Mobile Consumers
   Geoworks' Mobile Attitude Enables Jiffy Lube to Target Mobile Customers

    ALAMEDA, Calif., Jan. 11 --
Geoworks Corporation , a leading provider of mobile media and

leading national chain of automotive oil change retailers, have partnered to
offer discounts.  Jiffy Lube will offer discounts on oil changes to San
Francisco Bay Area subscribers of Mobile Attitude, Geoworks' suite of mobile
content and e-commerce services.
    Mobile Attitude subscribers can now receive significant discounts on
Signature Service oil changes from Jiffy Lube via short text messages with
embedded promotional codes on their digital cell phones, WAP phones or
alphanumeric pagers.  After they have received a Jiffy Lube promotion via
Mobile Attitude, subscribers can visit participating Jiffy Lube locations in
the San Francisco Bay Area and simply show the Jiffy Lube message on their
cell phones or pagers to redeem the discount.

such as Jiffy Lube, consumers with digital cell phones or alphanumeric pagers

At the site, they select the promotional categories that fit their interest,
and indicate the days and times that are most convenient for them to receive
discount messages from Mobile Attitude.  Soon after, they will begin to
receive text messages with valuable promotional offers direct to their mobile
devices.
