To Win an All-New 2000 Infiniti I30 Luxury Sedan -

GARDENA, Calif., Feb. 17 -- Infiniti, the luxury division of
Nissan North America, Inc. (NNA) in conjunction with SmartMoney.com today
announced the winner of the co-sponsored online fantasy investment competition
the "Infiniti I30 SmartMoney Challenge." The competition, which took place
October 4, 1999 through December 31, 1999, challenged participants with the
chance to invest and maximize returns from the mock amount of $29,465 -- the
manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) for the grand-prize -- an all-new
2000 Infiniti I30 luxury sedan.

The Infiniti I30 SmartMoney Challenge winner, Pat "Wattinger" Huff of Las
Vegas, Nevada, successfully maximized the most returns from the initial
$29,465 in play money given to all contestants at the beginning of the
competition. At the conclusion of the game, Huff had a return of more than
$175 million. Huff made her virtual millions by placing hundreds of trades
over the course of the Challenge in stocks that yielded considerable profits
such as Commerce One (Nasdaq), Corel Corp. (Nasdaq), QUALCOMM (Nasdaq),
Interdigital Communications Corp. (American Stock Exchange), and ScanSoft Inc.
For the majority of her trades, Huff leveraged her position to maximum in a
single security and consistently rolled her position over throughout the day.
"The Infiniti I30 SmartMoney Challenge was not only a smart partnership
between two brands that recognize quality and value -- but it was also a
useful consumer awareness and brand building tool for both brands," said Tom
Orbe, Vice President and General Manager, Infiniti Division.
"Infiniti is honored to 'trade' Huff's virtual millions in for an all-new
2000 Infiniti I30 luxury sedan," said Orbe.
With more advanced technology and design innovation, the all-new,
elegantly styled 2000 Infiniti I30 luxury sedan offers an unparalleled
combination of outstanding luxury and value, including a near 20 percent
increase in horsepower, a re-tuned smoother riding suspension, a powerful
standard 200-watt BOSE(R) audio system, and enhanced safety features --
including side-impact supplemental airbags with head protection and a new
active head restraint system designed to help reduce whiplash neck injuries.

Infiniti is supported by a network of approximately 150 retailers
throughout North America and offers a range of luxury vehicles including the
Infiniti QX4 luxury sport utility vehicle, G20 sports sedan, I30 luxury sedan,
and flagship Q45 performance sedan. For more information on the complete line
