VSI and DiamlerChrysler Renew Sponsorship of the 2000 Neon Drunk Driving Simulator

21 March 2000

VSI Holdings, Inc. Announces Sponsorship Renewal With DiamlerChrysler for the 2000 Neon Drunk Driving Simulator

BLOOMFIELD HILLS, Mich., March 20 VSI Holdings (Amex: VIS)
today announced that its "edutainment" (educational entertainment) subsidiary,
Advanced Animations (AA), renewed its sponsorship commitment with
DaimlerChrysler for the 2000 Neon Drunk Driving Simulator Tour. This is the
12th consecutive year the Drunk Driving Simulator program has been produced
and managed by AA's touring division Advanced Exhibits.
The Neon Drunk Driving Simulator program interactively demonstrates the
dangers of drinking and driving to thousands of high school students
throughout the United States annually. Engineered with AA's proprietary
computer-activated program, the 2000 Dodge/Plymouth Neon Simulator replicates
the slowed physical and mental responses of a drunk driver at various levels
of alcoholic consumption. This year the tour will make approximately 400
appearances and will honor Mothers Against Drunk Driving and their 20th
anniversary.
Since its inception, the program has appeared at more than 3,250 locations
where over 950,000 students have participated directly as either driver or
passenger, and a further three million have been event spectators.
DaimlerChrysler received the Corporate Leadership Award from the National
Commission Against Drunk Driving for the Neon Drunk Driving Simulator program
in 1999.
"Significant progress has been made in reducing alcohol-related fatalities
among youth, but statistics show there is still an enormous need to keep
delivering the hands-on lifesaving message of the Drunk Driving Simulator.
Through the support of Advanced Exhibits, DiamlerChrysler is giving students
and communities nationwide, one of the most impactful experiences associated
with the dangers of drunk driving," commented Susan Cischke, DaimlerChrysler
Sr. Vice President for Regulatory Affairs and Passenger Car Operations.
VSI Holdings' CEO Steve Toth Jr. added, "The 12-year success of the Neon
Drunk Driving Simulator program is a symbol of Advanced Exhibit's ability to
flawlessly combine the value of education and entertainment with technology to
create memorable, interactive learning experiences that meets our clients'
needs and raises public awareness."
The Neon Drunk Driving Simulator technology and tour are a property of VSI
Holdings, Inc. and is managed and operated by Advanced Animations, Inc.'s
touring group, Advanced Exhibits -- a VSI Holdings' entertainment subsidiary.
Advanced Exhibits specializes in event marketing, traveling exhibitions and
other attractions to promote edutainment-based creations. Famous projects
