F-150 ONLINE TRUCK ENTHUSIAST WEB SITE CELEBRATES THIRD ANNIVERSARY

ATLANTA, GA April 4, 2000 -- F-150 Online (www.f150online.com), a web site
for owners and enthusiasts of late model Ford trucks, is celebrating its
third year on the Internet.

"Three years is longevity on the Internet. F-150 Online has grown to become
one of the friendliest and most informative vehicle enthusiast sites on the
Internet," said Steven Eppinger, F-150 Online Founder and President.

In contrast to F-150 Online's early days, the site is now advertiser and
e-commerce supported and draws over two million page views from over one
hundred fifty thousand unique visitors each month.

According to Bob Masone, F-150 Brand Manager at Ford Motor Company, "The
activity on the F-150 Online site is truly amazing, and a testament to the
passion that F-150 owners have for their trucks. F-Series could not have
become the best selling vehicle of all time and the best selling truck for
the last 18 years without the army of owners [like those on F-150 Online]
who love to know more about and talk about their truck."

Much of the site's evolution has occurred as a result of visitor feedback.
"F-150 Online truly is a community," commented Mr. Eppinger. "We have
forged relationships both online and offline at rallies and gatherings,
going so far as beginning the organization of a late model Ford truck club."

Commented Raoul Oba, a frequent site visitor, "This site is a goldmine for
an F-150 owner or for anyone considering purchasing one of these trucks. The
information I've found on model choices, options and aftermarket items has
saved me thousands of dollars and dozens of headaches."

Begun as a hobby in 1996, F-150 Online has evolved into the portal for Ford
truck owners. The site features message boards, the Digital Marketplace
online store, surveys, news releases, how-to articles, product reviews,
classified ads, vendor directories, live chat and an email discussion list.
F-150 Online is also a proud member of SEMA, the Specialty Equipment Market
Association
