DealerGain Signs Up Its 100th Customer; Start-up Soars to 100 Major Car Dealers in Just Over 6 Months; Value of Live-Agent Web Selling Yields Huge Benefits

    ATLANTA - DealerGain, the world's first company to provide car dealers with live Internet car selling services, today announced that it has signed up its 100th customer.

    The milestone customer is Sterling McCall Toyota, the second largest Toyota dealership in the country, located in Houston, Texas.

    The steady increase in the number of DealerGain customers is the result of growing awareness among dealerships of the Company's innovative SmartSell(TM) and LiveMail(TM) services. While Internet car selling is often characterized more by hype than results, DealerGain dealers report a proven increase in Web sales by as much as 30% a month.

    SmartSell instantly and transparently adds live agent "power selling" to dealer Web sites by providing online shoppers with improved service, responsiveness and information through real-time business chats. LiveMail is a comprehensive e-mail management service that eliminates the burden of responding to mountains of e-mail by "pulling" potential buyers out of e-mail and into real-time chats, helping separate lookers from buyers.
