The Morgan Group, Inc. Announced Quarterly Dividends

    BALTIMORE - The Board of Directors of The Morgan Group, Inc. today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $.02 per share of Class A Common Stock and $.01 per share of Class B Common Stock. The dividend is payable on August 8, 2000 to shareholders of record on July 28, 2000.
