UGN, Inc. Introduces New Web Site - www.UGNUSA.com

    CHICAGO - UGN, a Chicago-based automotive acoustics and interior trim 
supplier recently unveiled its interactive company Web site, 
http://www.UGNUSA.com.  The site features up-to-date information about the 
company, its facilities, and comprehensive product descriptions and photos.  It 
also offers the "UGN University and Career Center," a tutorial on UGN's business
practice, team member development process and an ongoing feature on available
job positions at UGN.

    "UGNUSA.com is one way we're making it easier for customers to do business
with UGN," said Gary Jamison, UGN president and CEO.  "We're already looking
at other ways we can use the site to answer customer needs and offer
solutions."

    Headquartered in Chicago, UGN combines global technology, expertise and 
experience to produce high quality, cost-effective acoustic and interior trim 
products for the transplant automobile industry in North America.  Incorporated
